One family,
one kitchen

Beef and Basil is a family kitchen on St. 777 in Russey Keo. We cook what we grew up eating, and we cook it the long way, because that is the only way the broth tastes of anything.

The stew gets star anise, cinnamon and bread to finish it. The coffee is Cafe Deum over ice. The sodas are built on preserved lime. A short menu, cooked properly, is the whole plan.
